Project Manager – Software Development (m/f/d)

For our prestigious client in the aerospace industry in Munich you will be working as a Project Manager – Software Development (m/w/d)

• Define and maintain project resources, road maps, schedules, budgets, track milestones and deliverables
• Align and coordinate the cross functional teams that deliver to the projects
• Capture, prioritize, and document project requirements and (jira) work packages with the stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks; enforce quality standards, test strategies, CI/CD pipelines
• Communicate progress to stakeholders; produce status reports and executive briefings
• Act as central communication interface for all Stakeholders and Management including KPI and progress reporting
• Working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Requirements Engineers, you will coordinate cross-functional development teams and promote agile working methods

• Completed studies in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication Engineering + 5 years leading software projects or comparable
• Experience as (Multi-) project manager in software development or similar role
• Proven mastery of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or classic PM frameworks (PRINCE2, PMP)
• Solid understanding of agile software development including test- and release management processes
• Experience in military communications or defense industry is a plus
• Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
