2026 Engineering Trainee Program

Thank you for your interest in applying our 2026 Nestlé Thailand’s Engineering Trainee Program. Kickstart your engineering journey with Nestlé — the world’s largest food & beverage company. As a Engineering Trainee (permanent position), you’ll join an intensive 18‑month development program designed to grow you into a future engineering leader.

• Support engineering and factory assignments from planning to commissioning
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Safety, and external contractors
• Gain hands‑on experience with machinery, utilities, automation, and digital systems
• Apply safety, quality, and engineering standards in real factory environments
• Build project coordination and problem‑solving skills with guidance from senior engineers

• Fresh graduates, those about to graduate by May 2026, or candidates with a maximum of 3 years of working experience
• Completed a Engineering degree from the following fields: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation or Robotics Engineering
• Have analytical & critical thinking skills, and a good command of English and Thai
• Flexible to work at different factory sites depending on assignment

2.1 Online Assessment

• Complete within 3 days after registration.
• Each assessment must be finished in one sitting once started.
• You can log in/out between assessments.
• Check your junk mail for invitations.

2.2 Video Interview

• Complete within 3 days after receiving the email invitation.

Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an onsite assessment via phone call

Final result will be announced in August, and successful candidates will commence the journey on 1 October 2026.
