The Role
Lead new product development from concept through to launch
Manage and develop a small NPD/technical team
Work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and quality teams
Drive innovation aligned with retail and foodservice customer needs
Ensure all products meet technical, quality, and regulatory standards
Manage relationships with suppliers and key retail customers
About You
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within NPD/technical in FMCG or food manufacturing
Strong background in confectionery, bakery, or related categories highly desirable
Expertise in product formulation and food ingredients
Strong working knowledge of process technology
Proven track record of delivering successful product launches
Experience managing or mentoring xcfaprz team members
Solid understanding of food safety, quality systems, and retailer requirements
Commercially aware with the ability to balance innovation and cost/margin
Degree in food science or similar
