Key Responsibilities
Help to create and manage the paraplanning team that will work directly with Financial Planners
Achieve company objectives set out by the Head of Financial Planning with a particular focus on managing Paraplanning team objectives
Create effective processes to increase productivity and ensure compliance within the Planning Team
Communicate between the paraplanning and planning team to ensure consistency across the business
Contribute to the improvement and development of the planning team through training and development initiatives
Conduct client meetings, both new and existing clients and provide ongoing relationship management with our clients
To ensure quality and consistency across the planning team and create a centre of excellence
Building financial plans for our clients using our cash flow modelling system and sending client reports after client meetings
Skills and Experience
Experience in managing and leading a team to achieve company objectives
Using Voyant and Wealthtrack would be xcfaprz a distinct advantage
Problem-solving mindset with the capability to embrace this position quickly
Ability to build strong working relationships with the financial planners and paraplanners, to whom you will provide ongoing support
Attention to detail and an analytical mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to deliver information with clarity
