create and own a brand-new FP&A function in Dublin .
This is not a BAU reporting role; you'll design the framework, shape decision-making, and partner directly with senior stakeholders across the globe.
What you'll do:
Build cost reporting, allocation models, and MI
from the ground up
Deliver sharp insights on cost performance, efficiency, and trends
Lead budgeting for the European business
What we're looking for:
Qualified accountant
At least 5 years in FP&A / finance analytics in financial services
Strong Excel + data tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
You must be based in Dublin with xcfaprz the ability to commute to Dublin City Centre x4 days per week
