• Academic background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  
• Professional experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in Consulting or Industry (e.g., Financial Services roles within operations, risk, or change management).
  

You bring proven knowledge in the Financial Services, including e.g. Insurance, Securities Services, Asset & Wealth Management, Funds, or Banking;

Project Delivery: define business requirements, business analysis, process mapping, costumer journey mapping, track project activities, and lead test documentation ;

Client Interaction: facilitate client meetings and provide leadership with key updates ;

Stakeholder Engagement: build strong working relationships with client teams ;

Research & Thought Leadership: actively contribute to Business Development activities by writing industry articles and providing market insight development .

• Language skills: Fluency in English is required; professional working proficiency in Italian is nice-to-have

• Project Delivery: As a PMO or Project Manager, you will ensure the successful delivery of impactful client projects across various industries.
  
• Subject Matter Expert: You will act as an SME in multiple domains, including Strategy & Operating Model Design, Risk & Regulatory Change, and Business & Technology Transformation.
  
• Relationship Management: You will proactively build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, including client leadership, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  
• Team Support: Coach and nurture peers, contributing to create a collaborative, growth-oriented environment
