Electrical Project Engineer

We are working with a leading M&E contractor delivering projects across the commercial, industrial and residential sectors. They are seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to join their Galway-based team, supporting the delivery of projects from early stage through to completion.

This role will suit someone with a solid foundation in building services who is looking to develop further within a structured project environment.

• Support delivery of electrical packages from design through to completion
• Review drawings, specifications and technical submittals
• Assist with procurement of electrical equipment and materials
• Work closely with site teams to ensure installations are delivered in line with programme
• Monitor progress and report on project performance
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
• Ensure works are delivered to required quality and safety standards
• Support commissioning and handover

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
• 2+ years’ xcfaprz experience in a similar role
• Must have experience working within construction or building services companies
• Experience on commercial, industrial or residential projects
• Strong technical understanding of electrical systems
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work as part of a project team
