This temporary role suits an experienced administrator with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience managing records, scheduling, and reporting in a clinical or education setting.
Lucan-based, fully onsite, 39-hour week, €18 per hour, 6-week contract with potential extension.
Location: Dublin West (onsite) Salary: €18-20 per hour Contract: 6 weeks (potential extension) The Role Maintain accurate training and competency records for nursing staff Track mandatory training compliance and certification renewals Coordinate training schedules, inductions, and education sessions Prepare reports for audits, inspections, and management review Provide administrative support to the Nurse Education team Requirements Minimum 2 years medical administration experience is essential Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Experience managing databases, records, or scheduling systems Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication and time management skills Understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles Desirable Knowledge of compliance or audit processes Familiarity with CPD or training systems Apply: Send your CV to Jane Ryan via the link below.
