Endoscopy Support Specialist (OIE)

We are looking for a proactive and engaging Endoscopy Support Specialist to help ensure our customers’ critical medical equipment is always available when needed. This field‑based role covers the Ireland region. Your work will directly support vital procedures by reducing avoidable equipment damage through education, relationship‑building, and data‑driven insights.

• 
  
• Account Management: Regularly visit customers across assigned territory; build strong trust‑based relationships with end users; provide ongoing support and act as key contact.
  
• Data Analysis: Analyse repair and service trends; identify patterns and recommend improvements; deliver tailored support strategies to reduce equipment damage.
  
• Training & Education: Deliver engaging training sessions; facilitate sessions of 2 to 50 participants; use hands‑on demonstrations, group activities, interactive games, quizzes, and structured presentations.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
  
• Confidence delivering training to groups.
  
• Ability to build relationships and influence behaviour.
  
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data.
  
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a field‑based role.
