Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer – Design to support the delivery of mission‑critical power infrastructure across data centers, industrial facilities, and large-scale energy environments.
This is a hands‑on design role where you will take ownership of complex electrical engineering challenges from concept through to execution, working closely with customers, internal engineering teams, and manufacturing functions to deliver high‑impact, high‑reliability solutions.
You will play a key role in shaping electrical design standards, supporting project delivery, and contributing directly to winning new business through early‑stage technical input.
Key Responsibilities
Lead electrical design for mission‑critical power systems (LV–MV)
Produce single‑line diagrams, schematics, equipment layouts, and technical specifications
Support and lead multiple concurrent projects (up to ~15 at a time)
Work directly with customers to develop, refine, and validate engineering solutions
Contribute to early‑stage design input to support bid and proposal activity
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure design intent is delivered into production
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers
Ensure designs meet safety, performance, and compliance standards
Support continuous improvement of engineering processes and design standards
Requirements
Strong experience in electrical design within mission‑critical environments such as:
Power plants
Hospitals
Airports
Industrial or manufacturing facilities
Ability to independently design electrical systems (not just review or redline work)
Experience with LV–MV power distribution systems
Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks (or equivalent)
Knowledge of protection and coordination systems (SEL relay experience advantageous)
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Strong problem‑solving ability with a proactive, delivery‑focused mindset
