Senior HRIS Analyst

A Senior HRIS Analyst with Polish is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our global life sciences client based in Ireland. The position is a 12-month contract supporting the rollout of a new Workforce Management IT system across Europe. It is home office based in Ireland or Europe with some travel to Irish and European offices.

• Work closely with the business units to define functional requirements, build and delivery
  
• Support strategic decision support for system implementation and upgrades
  
• Day to day system maintenance including providing support to business to ensure system compliance
  
• Responding to customer inquiries ensuring a high level of satisfaction and support
  
• Troubleshoot system issues promptly to minimize downtime with escalation to higher level support for resolution
  
• Generate and analyse reports to provide insights into workforce trends, enabling informed decision-making
  
• Provide ongoing training for end-users to ensure proficient utilization of the Workforce Management System
  

• 
  
• Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, BIS or a related field preferred
  
• 3 years plus of WFM systems and implementation experience preferred
  
• Fluency in English and Polish required. xcfaprz
