Engineering Project Manager

This is an opportunity to join a growing manufacturing environment, playing a key role in delivering complex HVAC engineering projects. You will manage projects from concept through to completion while supporting the development of strong engineering processes and capabilities.

• Manage and deliver HVAC engineering projects within a manufacturing environment, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget targets are achieved
  
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and quality to ensure smooth project execution
  
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation including risk assessments and progress reports
  
• Monitor project performance, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery targets
  
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and industry requirements
  
• Manage change control processes, assessing impact and ensuring effective implementation with minimal disruption
  
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, supporting Lean initiatives and embedding best practices
  

• 
  
• 5+ years’ experience in xcfaprz project management within engineering or manufacturing (HVAC or similar environment preferred)
  
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile)
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, technical environment
  
• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline (PMP / PRINCE2 certification advantageous)
