Kingspan Water & Safe Storage, part of the global Kingspan Group, is a market leader in sustainable water and environmental solutions. We are now seeking an Area Sales Manager to manage and grow sales across a defined territory in Ireland.

This is a field-based role where you will take full ownership of customer relationships and sales performance, working closely with merchants, installers, specifiers, contractors, and homeowners. You will play a key role in delivering premium products with premium customer service, aligned to Kingspan’s high ethical and sustainability standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow sales of Kingspan Water & Safe Storage products across existing merchants and new customers
- Develop strong relationships with national and independent merchants and their branch networks
- Increase product specification and sales through installers, contractors, and specifiers
- Deliver on-site technical support and work closely with internal technical sales teams
- Develop and execute account-specific business development plans
- Achieve and exceed territory sales and profit targets
- Manage specified accounts and generate quotations via CRM systems
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and territory reviews
- Support and actively participate in exhibitions, CPDs, and marketing initiatives
- Resolve customer technical and service issues in partnership with internal teams
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Kingspan with professionalism and integrity
- Contribute positively to the wider commercial team and strategic development of the business
About You
Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in a similar field-based sales role
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience within wastewater, plumbing & heating, or a related construction sector
- Strong technical understanding of products and applications
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Confident presenter with the ability to engage customers and senior managers
Qualifications
- GCSE-level education or equivalent
- Management or professional sales training (desirable)
