AI & Embedded Software Engineer

We’re looking for an AI Software Engineer who thrives on turning advanced algorithms into efficient, real-world software. This role focuses on applying machine learning within embedded environments—bridging the gap between algorithm development and scalable system integration.

You’ll be part of a collaborative Sensors Technologies group, contributing to the development of smart, responsive systems used in next‑generation devices. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys low‑level programming, optimization, and working close to hardware.

• Develop and deploy signal processing and machine learning solutions on embedded platforms.
  
• Convert high-level algorithms (MATLAB/Python) into optimized C implementations.
  
• Analyze and refine code to ensure optimal performance, memory usage, and power efficiency.
  
• Work within real-time and multi-threaded systems to deliver reliable software.
  
• Partner with validation and integration teams to support end-to-end deployment.
  
• Build and test prototypes on target hardware platforms.
  
• Produce clear documentation covering design, architecture, and implementation workflows.

• Strong background in C programming.
  
• Working knowledge of Python and MATLAB.
  
• Experience adapting algorithms for embedded execution.
  
• Familiarity with RTOS environments and concurrent programming.
  
• Ability to balance system constraints such as latency, memory, and energy consumption.
  
• 2+ years in embedded software engineering, ideally with exposure to DSP or ML applications.
  
• Experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  
• Understanding of quantization techniques and fixed-point arithmetic.
  
• Exposure to motion and environmental sensors (e.g., accelerometers, gyroscopes).
  
• Detail-oriented approach with strong problem‑solving skills.
  
• Effective communicator with solid documentation abilities.
