We are seeking a Mandarin- and English-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to support patients of a global healthcare organization. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact, delivering accurate, compassionate, and timely assistance through phone-based support.This position is ideal for professionals who value stability, remote work, and long-term career development in the healthcare support industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound phone support to patients, including:
    • Appointment scheduling and follow-ups
    • Medication refill coordination
    • Basic inquiries regarding lab results and services
  • Handle an average of 80 calls per shift while maintaining quality and accuracy
  • Document interactions clearly and comply with service and data standards
  • Collaborate with an international support team to ensure a smooth patient experience

Requirements:
