About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) with customer service / office setting experience. This role bridges customer support and brand engagement, ensuring every interaction strengthens customer relationships and supports our marketing objectives to ensure the customer is receiving the our 5 Star Experience each time.
The ideal candidate understands the importance of the customer experience principles and is able to identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high satisfaction and brand standards
- Support marketing initiatives by communicating promotions, campaigns, and product updates to customers
- Gather and document customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product improvements
- Assist in executing email campaigns, surveys, and customer engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and customer experience
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities when appropriate
Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in customer service, marketing, or a related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn industry CRM systems and digital communication tools
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and identify trends
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multiphone line skills
