We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person who can take ownership of their work and doesnt need constant direction. This role is based in a quiet office setting and is ideal for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable figuring things out on their own, while also supporting multiple team members and handling a variety of incoming requests throughout the day.
Who this is for:
- Is organized and can manage multiple tasks at once
- Is comfortable being interrupted and shifting priorities
- Can keep track of tasks and follow through without reminders
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities include:
- Taking and processing customer orders (phone and online)
- Entering orders into NetSuite and preparing shipments
- Monitoring FedEx deliveries and resolving issues
- Tracking inventory and coordinating restocking
- Assisting with general office tasks, vendor follow-ups, and simple marketing support
- Additional responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently
- Basic computer skills (NetSuite and Teams a plus)
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time, MondayFriday onsite
- 8-hour workday
- $22$25/hour (depending on experience)
This role requires consistent attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work a full shift.
