Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customers with professional, courteous customer service and support via phone and email. This role requires a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the company’s commitment to excellence.

Essential Job Functions:

• Proactively make calls to new and existing customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives (e.g., quotes, stock check, expediting customer delivery needs)
• Manage customer orders, invoices, and inquiries efficiently using our ERP system.
• Communicate as a part of a team to increase business and office efficiency
• Respond to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Job Expectations

• Willingness and ability to learn and demonstrate product knowledge and provide product information to all customers
• Ability to manage, prioritize and follow through on multiple projects, adhering to deadlines and policies.
• Willingness to collaborate and work together in teams

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Occasional lifting of items up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing.

Work Environment:

• Office setting with a collaborative team environment.
• Standard business hours with occasional overtime as needed.
