$15 hourly plus bonuses

• Call past clients to explain program benefits.
• Answer questions and guide clients through enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Deliver excellent customer service with every call.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish required).
• Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and meeting goals.
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
• This is an in-office position.
