We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Agency Coordinator to support our Executive Team and core service departments including PR, Paid Media, Social Media, and Client Services. This role is the connective tissue of the agency, helping keep people, projects, and priorities moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Agency Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Executive Team
- Manage calendars, meeting scheduling, agendas, errands and follow-ups
- Assist with internal communications, meeting notes, and action-item tracking
- Support agency-wide initiatives, events, and special projects
Cross-Department Coordination
- Act as a liaison across PR, Paid Media, Social Media, and Client Services teams
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and internal workflows to ensure accountability
- Help coordinate internal status meetings and ensure teams are aligned
- Maintain shared documents, trackers, and systems
