*Responsibilities - Line Cook *
* Prepare food according to Rooster Street’s recipes, standards, and station-specific requirements.
* Properly handle, rotate, store, and prep all food items to ensure quality and freshness.
* Cook dishes to company standards and within the 10–15 minute ticket time window.
* Collaborate with team members to write and manage daily prep lists.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the entire shift.
* Set up and break down individual stations and assist with full kitchen setup and closing.
* Uphold food safety and quality standards at all times.
*Qualifications - Line Cook *
* Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Rooster Street is a small, locally owned Restaurant & Bar located in Lititz, PA. Since opening, we’ve been dedicated to creating exceptional food and drink experiences, with everything made in-house and from scratch. In June 2023, we proudly began brewing our own beer, adding another layer of craftsmanship to what we do. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, thoughtfully prepared dishes and beverages while fostering a friendly, team-oriented environment where creativity and consistency thrive. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
