This role is focused on developing sales through merchant channels, building strong customer relationships, and delivering against commercial targets.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular merchant visits to strengthen relationships and maximise sales opportunities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the building membranes sector
- Manage sales forecasts and demand planning to support market needs
- Align activities with product and market strategies to drive growth
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity within CRM systems
- Must have strong knowledge of building membranes
- Understanding of relevant Irish building regulations and standards (advantageous)
- Must have proven sales experience within merchant or construction-related xcfaprz channels
- Strong commercial awareness, including pricing, margin management, and forecasting
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and organisational skills
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently
