SharePoint Business Analyst

The Contract: SharePoint Business Analyst (12-month Contract)

Location: Waterford (Hybrod onsite 2-3 days a week)

We’re hiring a SharePoint Business Analyst to work closely with clients on large‑scale SharePoint and content migrations.

In this role, you will sit with stakeholders, work through how data and content are actually used today, and turn that into clear, practical requirements the delivery team can act on. This is not a document‑only role. You’ll be hands‑on, asking the right questions and unblocking delivery.

• Work directly with clients to understand their data, documents, processes, and ways of working
  
• Analyse existing SharePoint estates, content structures, and usage patterns
  
• Define clear requirements for content migration, information architecture, and governance
  
• Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams during large migrations
  
• Break down complexity and remove blockers so delivery teams can move forward
  
• Support planning and execution of SharePoint and M365 migration programmes

• Has strong Business Analyst experience in SharePoint and M365 environments
  
• Is comfortable sitting with clients and working through detail without hand‑holding
  
• Understands content, data, xcfaprz permissions, and information architecture
  
• Is a self‑starter who takes ownership and follows work through to completion
  
• Communicates clearly and is confident working alongside technical delivery teams
  

Experience working with SharePoint is key.
