Data Scientist

We’re looking for a Data Scientist with 4+ years experience, to support marketing and distribution analytics within Financial Services. This role focuses on applying data science to improve customer targeting, campaign performance, and distribution effectiveness in regulated, data‑rich environments.

• 
  
• Customer segmentation, predictive modelling, and ML‑driven analytics
  
• Building and maintaining models on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
  
• Developing analytical datasets and reusable Python/SQL code
  
• Creating clear, decision‑focused dashboards in Power BI
  
• Supporting intent‑ or signal‑based lead‑scoring tools
  
• Collaborating with marketing, sales, distribution, and data teams
  
• Communicating insights to non‑technical stakeholders
  

• 
  
• Strong Python and SQL skills
  
• Experience with cloud‑based ML tools (e.g., Azure ML, SageMaker, Databricks)
  
• Ability to interpret and visualize performance, audience, and model insights
  
• Understanding of customer, product, advisor, and transactional data in regulated industries
  
• Experience in marketing analytics, customer lifecycle analysis, or distribution analytics
