You will play a key role in supporting organisations across Ireland with regulatory compliance, sustainability initiatives, and the implementation of best‑in‑class EHS and ESG practices.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Develop EHS documentation, reports, and performance metrics (KPIs)
Deliver training programmes and support client awareness initiatives
Assist clients in achieving and maintaining relevant certifications
Implement and maintain management systems aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
Provide guidance on ESG strategies and sustainability objectives
Carry out site audits, risk assessments, and energy efficiency reviews
Ensure adherence to current environmental and safety legislation
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within client operations
Oversee projects from planning through to completion, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
Manage a varied portfolio of client work while meeting deadlines
Support business development through proposal preparation and identifying growth opportunities
Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an EHS‑related role
Third‑level qualification (Degree or Master’s) in EHS or a relevant discipline
Strong working knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ESG/CSRD frameworks
Familiarity with Irish and EU environmental and planning regulations
Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal xcfaprz skills
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain strong client relationships
Self‑driven, organised, and comfortable working independently
Full clean driving licence required
