Public Procurement Lawyer

We are working with a top-tier Irish law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Public Procurement team within their Dublin office.

The successful candidate will join an internationally recognised Public Procurement practice, advising public bodies and utilities on the procurement of large projects, including tech and infrastructure projects. The candidate will also advise clients on the initiation or defence of procurement proceedings in the Irish courts, as well as procurement issues arising before, during and after procurement processes and drafting procurement documents.

The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.

• 1-5 PQE;
  
• Strong background in public procurement law. Experience in construction law, State aid law and/or procurement disputes highly advantageous;
