Location: Resley de Souza & Rienia Ferreira, 8 Cluain Aodha, Ballyhugh, Gort, Galway, Ireland.

• Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with Irish legislation and industry standards.
  
• Conduct risk assessments related to cleaning operations, including manual handling, use of chemicals, and equipment handling.
  
• Ensure compliance with COSHH regulations and safe handling of cleaning substances.
  
• Design and deliver safety training programmes for staff, promoting a strong safety culture.
  
• Carry out regular inspections and audits across client sites to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  
• Investigate incidents and near misses, prepare reports and recommend preventative measures.
  
• Maintain accurate health and safety records, including risk assessments and training documentation.
  
• Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies on safety matters.
  
• Ensure the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  
• Continuously review and improve safety procedures in line with operational growth and industry developments. xcfaprz
  

Annual remuneration: €36,605.
Hours of work: 39 hours per week.
