• Play a key role in maintaining a high-performing Microbiology function, ensuring compliance with cGMP and GLP standards and directly impacting product quality
  
• Support the validation and qualification of microbiological methods, including bioburden and endotoxin testing
  
• Own and maintain key laboratory systems and documentation, including SOPs, training records, and validation files
  
• Carry out routine microbiological and environmental monitoring, ensuring timely and accurate results
  
• Partner with external laboratories to coordinate specialised testing where required
  
• Contribute to audit readiness, representing Microbiology during internal, customer, and regulatory audits
  
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support product quality and manufacturing operations
  
• Use your expertise to help drive continuous improvement initiatives within the lab
  
• Ensure all work is carried out with a strong focus on data integrity, compliance, and quality standards
  

• 
  
• Degree in Microbiology or a related scientific discipline
  
• Strong understanding of microbiological techniques and laboratory methods
  
• Knowledge of cGMP environments and regulatory expectations
  
• A xcfaprz proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Experience working in a regulated laboratory environment and familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 is desirable
