Now is your chance to join a physician-owned Interventional Pain Management company located in Lafayette, Indiana. They have seven clinics and two Surgical centers in Kokomo and Lafayette. They are seeking an Interventional Pain Physician or a Pain Management and Rehabilitation Physician who is able to perform EMGs in their Kokomo office.
Annual guaranteed salary ranging from $450,000 to $550,000, depending on experience for the first two years. In the third year, the physician will transition to an RVU model. Our physicians enjoy a 4 day work week. An ownership option in our Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) may be available after two years of employment. EMR - PrognoCis for pain management. Health, Dental benefits, PTO, Paid holidays with 401K and 401k matching, no nights, no weekends, and no call Single Specialty Group Employee, Outpatient only. Enjoy easy access to Indianapolis, Chicago, South Bend and Fort Wayne General Neurologist willing to learn Pain considered. Signing Bonus available, contact us for details. Relocation Bonus available. CME up to 1 week and $2,500 available. Up to 4 weeks of PTO available.
