__________________________________________________________________________ Required Systems and Technologies: The IT Manager must demonstrate proficiency and hands-on experience with the following systems and platforms: Category System / Platform Required Knowledge Communication & Collaboration Zoom Video conferencing, webinars, and virtual meeting management Communication & Collaboration Office 365 Email (Outlook), Teams, productivity suite administration Communication & Collaboration SharePoint Intranet, document management, and collaboration platform Operating Systems Windows 11 Enterprise desktop OS deployment, configuration, and support Operating Systems Mac OS Apple desktop OS management and support Mobile Platforms iOS Apple mobile device management and support Mobile Platforms Android Android device management and support Cloud & Infrastructure Microsoft Azure Cloud services, virtual machines, and infrastructure management Cloud & Infrastructure Windows Virtual Server Server virtualization, maintenance, and administration Device & Endpoint Management Microsoft Intune Mobile device management (MDM), endpoint security, and compliance Business Applications NetSuite ERP/financial system administration and support Business Applications Adobe Creative and document solutions (Acrobat, Creative Cloud) Business Applications DocuSign Electronic signature and agreement management platform __________________________________________________________________________ Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 administration, and Intune/endpoint management. Experience managing multi-platform environments including Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Android. Demonstrated experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite. Solid understanding of IT security principles, compliance frameworks, and data protection best practices. Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104 (Azure Administrator), MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator), or similar. Experience with SharePoint site architecture and governance. Familiarity with DocuSign API integrations and workflow automation. ITIL certification or equivalent service management experience. Experience with IT budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiations.

Work Environment & Conditions: Full-time position in office. This is not a remote position. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for system maintenance or emergency support. May require on-call availability for critical system outages. Some travel may be required for vendor meetings, training, or multi-site support.
Physical Demands: Heavy computer use Sitting – may be required for long periods of time Standing Bending Kneeling Reaching, and lifting to 25 lbs.
Employment Status:
Full-time on site. Not a remote position. Pay Range:
