Our financial services client based in New York City is seeking a senior DevOps Engineering consultant. This position is hybrid, onsite 3 days a week. Local candidates only - NO Relocation. This role is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization (e.g., H-1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) or transfer. Candidates must have valid U.S. work authorization. Core Technical Skills
5+ years of experience, 10+ years desired, Required
ArgoCD, including multi-cluster management Kubernetes orchestration and management Expertise in AWS services: EC2, EKS, RDS, IAM, ASM, ACM, PrivateLink, and VPC Lattice Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, or Go Preferred
Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or DataDog Nice to Have
Exposure to Argo Workflows Helm chart development and deployment Experience with SaaS or PaaS product environments Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions Self-directed learning and proactive research High attention to detail, especially in complex integrations Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ownership mindset with a focus on quality
