The Sales Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hudson, WI, with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients to identify their marketing needs, presenting creative solutions, and strengthening relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities include prospecting new business opportunities, managing client accounts, coordinating with the internal creative team on campaign execution, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also monitor and report on campaign performance to optimize outcomes for clients. Qualifications
Sales and business development skills, including prospecting, relationship management, and consultative selling experience Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing, and target marketing techniques Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as effective presentation abilities Time management, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines and sales targets Experience in customer account management and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients Basic knowledge of graphic design, analytics tools, and understanding of marketing trends is a plus Previous sales experience in marketing or media is an advantage High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing, sales, or communications is preferred
