Senior Technical Submittals / BCAR Coordinator

We are working with a leading construction company in Dublin, delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and heritage projects. They are seeking a Senior Technical Submittals / BCAR Coordinator to take ownership of technical submissions, RFIs, and BCAR-related quality documentation across complex projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong site or engineering experience who is looking to move into a more technical, detail-focused role while remaining close to project delivery.

• 
  
• Lead and manage technical submittals for materials, systems, and design packages
  
• Review and coordinate RFIs, ensuring technical accuracy and buildability
  
• Take ownership of BCAR documentation, compliance, and coordination
  
• Maintain submittals registers, documentation, and version control processes
  
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, Design Teams, and subcontractors
  
• Identify risks, resolve technical issues, and support smooth project delivery
  
• Contribute to quality assurance, audits, and project closeout
  

• 
  
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar (or equivalent experience)
  
• 5+ years’ experience in construction
  
• Strong experience with submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation
  
• Proven BCAR experience is essential
  
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills xcfaprz
  
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
  
• Experience with BIM / VDC
  
• Familiarity with document control systems
