The University of Virginia School of Medicine seeks a Division Chief of Nephrology . The candidate will provide strategic leadership across the division s clinical, research, and educational missions while advancing innovative kidney care and strengthening UVA s national reputation in nephrology.

The Division includes 32 faculty members and 8 advanced practice providers and provides dialysis care to more than 800 patients across 12 UVA Health Dialysis facilities in Central Virginia . The division has a robust kidney and kidney pancreas transplant program performing approximately 225 transplants annually; as well as a 9,000 square foot research laboratory in Pinn Hall.
