Cardiology - Interventional Physician

We are seeking an Interventional Cardiologist (non Structural) for a group practice opportunity in the Phoenix AZ area.

- Highlights are:

- Competitive base salary plus bonus

- Two year track to partnership with a buy-in of pro-rata share of the value of the hard assets of the practice.

- Three weeks' vacation and one week sick time/year

- Primary on call once every 7 weekends. Back up on call for one EP & one non-interventional physician rotated among 5 physicians

- One week CME with $1,500 CME reimbursement benefit

- Life insurance policy in the amount of $100,000

- Coverage for malpractice insurance, license and DEA fees and hospital and insurance membership fees
