We are seeking a full time Urologist to join a private practice in Henderson Nevada. This role offers 1:6 call, values quality, empathy and availability.

• Practice Setting : Outpatient Urology - Block time at local Hospital
• Support / Care Team: Two APPs and MA Team

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Urology care to a diverse demographic
• Manage day-to-day outpatient clinical responsibilities
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support teams
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

• $560,000+ first-year total compensation (plus incentives/bonuses)
• Percentage of collections Year 2

Qualifications

• Board Certified / Board Eligible
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited program (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Nevada medical license
