Full-Time Permanent Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join a well-established, hospital-employed practice in Lawton, Oklahoma . The incoming physician will work alongside one other provider and should be comfortable managing a broad range of general pediatric care. This is a full-time, permanent position with a supportive team and opportunities for long-term growth. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive the support and resources needed to thrive in their career.

There is no requirement to attend deliveries.

This position offers a highly competitive salary along with a comprehensive package that includes:

• $30,000 sign-on bonus

• $12,000 relocation allowance

• $5,000 CME allowance + 5 CME days annually
