Dearborn, MI (Hybrid).
The ideal candidate brings proven enterprise platform design experience and deep AI/LLM fluency to advocate for design integrity, inform best‑in‑class AI experiences, and shape scalable, production‑ready solutions.
Rate Range:
$55/hour to $62/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary design lead and voice within the client platform, shaping end‑to‑end UX/UI across workflows, features, and visual systems.
Partner closely with the Product Owner and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, scalable user experiences.
Drive continuous design evolution across usability, workflow efficiency, and platform utility for a large and growing enterprise user base.
Advocate for design integrity and consistency by contributing to and evolving shared design systems and ensuring clean handoff to engineering.
Apply deep knowledge of AI/LLM concepts and leading third‑party platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) to inform best‑in‑class experience decisions.
Design and refine complex platform interfaces, including dashboards and AI‑driven interactions, in a fast‑paced, engineering‑led environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
6+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for enterprise or platform‑based products.
Demonstrated hands‑on experience designing AI‑powered or data‑driven platforms, with strong familiarity in LLM concepts, workflows, and third‑party AI tools.
Proven ability to lead design efforts within engineering‑led teams, contribute to scalable design systems, and deliver high‑fidelity, production‑ready interfaces.
Pay Details:
$55.00 to $62.00 per hour
