Onsite 5 Days a week in Draper, Utah No C to C or Sponsorship Job Title: Adaptive Solutions & Data Analyst Job Summary: The Adaptive Solutions & Data Analyst supports the design, development, and optimization of enterprise planning and execution models that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for helping build, maintain, and enhance Adaptive planning solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance across functional areas such as Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations. The analyst ensures solutions are well-architected, user-friendly, and aligned with evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities: Support the solution design and architecture of enterprise Adaptive planning models, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability Assist in the development, configuration, and enhancement of planning models and related capabilities Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and deployment activities for new and updated solutions Maintain and support high-performing Adaptive model environments, ensuring stability and usability Collaborate with business users and stakeholder groups to gather feedback and refine solution design decisions Incorporate user needs into solution enhancements while balancing technical constraints and best practices Develop and maintain comprehensive model documentation, including design specifications and process flows Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in enterprise planning and analytics Recommend and support improvements to planning architectures and processes across business domains Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and adoption of solutions Support cross-functional planning initiatives across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, HR, and related areas Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field 2+ years of experience with Adaptive planning tools or similar enterprise planning systems 2+ years of experience working with enterprise performance management or planning platforms such as Oracle Hyperion (HFM, Planning), Oracle Cloud EPM, SAP BPC, SAP IBP, SAP BI-IP, SAP SAC, or SAP Callidus Strong understanding of data architecture, system integration, and cross-platform data flows Knowledge of end-to-end planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, execution, and trade promotion management Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables and macros); familiarity with Microsoft Access is a plus Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills Experience working within a structured system implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, test, deploy), preferably Agile Preferred Skills: Experience supporting enterprise-wide planning or performance management solutions Ability to translate business requirements into technical model design Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment Demonstrated ability to improve system usability and drive user adoption
