$70,000 – $90,000 Annually + Bonus Eligibility

The Opportunity We are seeking a
Sales Analyst
to support our growing commercial operations. This role sits at the intersection of
Sales, Finance, and Operations , ensuring that our sales data is accurate, maintained, and reflected correctly in our forecasting models.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is confident working with data and enjoys keeping systems clean, organized, and actionable. You will play a key role in maintaining CRM data integrity, supporting forecast accuracy, and helping ensure smooth coordination between teams.
What You’ll Do Data Management & CRM Integrity
Maintain and clean sales data within our CRM (Pipedrive) to ensure accuracy and consistency
Audit deal stages, close dates, and key fields to support reliable reporting
Identify and resolve data gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated pipeline activity
Forecast Support & Reporting
Input and maintain sales data within existing Excel-based forecast models
Support analysis of pipeline health, conversion trends, and sales activity
Ensure data is structured and updated to support accurate financial forecasting
Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner with Sales and Operations teams to ensure consistent data entry and processes
Help align teams on expectations for maintaining clean and usable data
Support the transition of key sales information to downstream teams as needed
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in a data-focused, analyst, or business support role
Strong comfort working with
data cleaning, manipulation, and maintenance
Proficiency in
Excel
(lookups, pivot tables, basic data analysis)
Experience maintaining and cleaning data within a CRM system to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability
High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and organization
Ability to communicate clearly across teams (Sales, Ops, Finance)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
