What You’ll Do Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support scalable and reliable deployments Develop and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools Build and deploy RPA solutions to automate repetitive business and IT processes Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to streamline delivery and operations Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of services Maintain documentation for systems, automation processes, and workflows Continuously evaluate and improve DevOps practices and toolchains Support incident response and participate in root cause analysis Engage in ongoing learning and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team What We’re Looking For Experience in DevOps, systems engineering, or IT operations Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) or similar automation technologies Strong understanding of workflow optimization and process improvement Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance with company contributions 401(k) with employer matching A collaborative, innovation-driven culture focused on growth and impact Who Should Apply This role is for professionals who see automation as more than just a tool—it’s a mindset.
