As feed and commodity specialists, our customers count on us to originate feed for the mills, manufacture it according to their unique specifications and handle logistics for a safe and smooth delivery every time.

Job Summary:

Customer Service Representative (CSR) performs timely entering of orders and customer inquiries and needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required as the GSFG CSR interacts with every facet of the company internally as well as our customer base. Because of the dynamic nature of the trading and feed manufacturing business, attention to detail is crucial.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders via phone and email and accurately enter customer orders in order tracking software.
• Enter payments daily into banking module.
• Cover phones and order entry for other locations as needed.
• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, opportunistic curiosity and contributes to creating an environment where people want to work.
• Responsible for making sure COD
