Local Cable company is seeking multiple CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS!

Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Birdsboro, PA
Pay: $16.50/hour

Schedule:

• Training on 1st shift: 8:30am – 5:00pm (Mon–Fri)

• After training, schedule will shift to 10:30am – 7:00pm (Mon–Fri)

• Saturdays: 8:30am – 5:00pm (2 Saturdays per month; one weekday off when scheduled on Saturday)

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

• Provide accurate information regarding products and services

• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

• Document and update customer records based on interactions

• Maintain a strong knowledge of evolving products and services

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields

• Strong ability to build rapport with clients and customers

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and problem-solve

• Positive, professional demeanor with a customer-centric personality

• Must have office-based customer service experience or proven longevity in a retail environment

• Solid computer skills; quick learner of new systems

• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
