A specialist engineering organisation in Positioning, Navigation & Timing is seeking a Graduate Applications Engineer to support customers using their advanced technology. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical issues that span electronics, software, systems and sensors, and working closely with engineering teams to improve products.
What you'll do as a Graduate Applications Engineer:
* Provide technical support to customers both in-house and at customer sites
* Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues
* Produce clear reports on findings and recommendations
* Support field trials, demos, and customer evaluations
* Maintain documentation, user guidance, and knowledge base content
* Feed customer insights back into Product & Engineering teams
What we're looking for in a Graduate Applications Engineer:
* Experience with technical customer support
* An analytical mindset from an electronics, software or systems background
* Clear communication skills
* An understanding of PNT, GNSS or sensor-based systems
* Comfort with travel within the UK and in Europe
* A structured approach to solving new problems
