Brident Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a skilled Oral Surgeon to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team and provide high-quality surgical care to a diverse patient population. As an integral member of our multi-specialty practice, you will perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures, including routine and complex dental extractions, wisdom tooth removal, dental implant placement, pre-prosthetic surgery, bone grafting, management of oral pathology, and treatment of dental infections. You will collaborate closely with general dentists, orthodontists, and other specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with our patient-centered approach and commitment to accessible, affordable care. Leveraging advanced dental technology and evidence-based protocols, you will ensure safe anesthesia administration, including local anesthesia, IV sedation, and general anesthesia where appropriate, while maintaining rigorous infection control and documentation standards. In this role, you will educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment options, post-operative care, and preventive oral health practices, promoting clear communication and empathetic, culturally sensitive care. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical workflows, participate in peer review and quality initiatives, and support the training and mentorship of clinical staff and early-career providers. Brident Dental & Orthodontics offers a supportive, inclusive environment that values collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth. As an Oral Surgeon with us, you will benefit from a well-trained support team, modern operatories, and robust administrative support that allows you to focus on exceptional surgical outcomes and outstanding patient experiences. This opportunity is ideal for a surgeon who is passionate about expanding access to high-quality oral surgery, thrives in a team-based setting, and is eager to grow their career within a dynamic, mission-driven organization dedicated to improving oral health in the communities we serve.
