Job Title: Field Service Engineer – Medical Devices
Pay Rate: €48,000 – €53,000 Yearly (Based on experience)
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Summary: We are hiring a Field Service Engineer to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced robotic drug storage systems across the Dublin region.
- We are hiring a Field Service Engineer to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced robotic drug storage systems across the Dublin region.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and maintain complex electro-mechanical systems
- Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting & fault diagnosis
- Deliver high-quality service and customer training
- Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule
- Maintain service records, reports, and spare parts inventory
- Collaborate with project and installation teams
- Participate in on-call rota (evenings/weekends as required)
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar)
- Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical xcfaprz systems (installation, servicing, repair)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
- Ability to manage schedules and work independently

- Territory: Dublin area
- Travel required (including occasional work away from home)
