CRM Business Solutions Manager (MS Dynamics)

• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
  
• Analyse, map, and optimise end-to-end customer and operational workflows (Website → Contact Centre → CRM).
  
• Identify inefficiencies and design improved processes across systems and touchpoints.
  
• Provide expert guidance and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  
• Support both advisory activities (strategy, design) and hands-on delivery (implementation support, configuration guidance).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives.

• Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
  
• Background as a Business Solutions Consultant, CRM Consultant, or similar role
  
• Strong experience in workflow and process optimisation
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  
• Ability to operate across both strategic and hands-on delivery environments
  
• Ability to define “what good looks like” for CRM solutions and guide teams toward achieving it
  
• Brings a structured, best-practice-driven approach to CRM design and implementation
