Competition & Procurement Solicitor

We are working with a top-tier Irish law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Competition & Procurement team within their Dublin office.

The successful candidate will join an esteemed Competition & Procurement practice, advising on a diverse range of EU, competition and procurement matters. The candidate will work on matters such as merger control, cartel investigations, abuse of dominance, state aid, public procurement, foreign direct investment screening, as well as all related EU and Irish Litigation.

This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunities to work with an enviable client base, gaining first-hand experience advising on CCPC investigations, domestic merger notifications, and the intersection of Irish and EU competition regimes.

• 1-5 PQE;
  
• Strong background in EU, Competition and Procurement matters within a medium to large commercial firm;
