Technical Consultant 3month Contract

• Lead a critical workstream in large-scale IT benchmarking engagements
• Partner with senior IT & business leaders to define scope and insights
• Facilitate workshops and deep dives to capture current-state IT performance
• Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights
• Shape improvement opportunities and transformation roadmaps

• +10 years’ experience in IT strategy, CIO advisory, benchmarking, or transformation
• Strong understanding of IT operating models and design trade-offs
• Solid grasp of IT cost management, including run vs change and CapEx vs OpEx structures, cost allocation, and financial drivers
• Comfortable working with IT financial and operational data, translating it into structured insights and baseline models
• Confident stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling, executive-ready insights
• Must be based in Ireland
