We are seeking a Data Consultant to join a growing data team supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives. This role will focus on analysing large identity datasets, improving reporting capabilities, and driving automation to reduce manual processes. The successful candidate will play a key part in streamlining governance reporting, enhancing data visualisation through Power BI dashboards, and supporting audit and control requirements.

Working closely with stakeholders, the Data Consultant will help improve client experience by delivering clear, scalable reporting solutions and identifying opportunities for process optimisation. This is an opportunity to join a small, collaborative team with a strong focus on modernising reporting and implementing data‑driven improvements across identity governance functions.

• Analyse large‑scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) datasets (100k+ accounts)
  
• Drive automation to reduce manual reporting and operational processes
  
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards to improve visibility and decision‑making
  
• Streamline reporting and enhance data visualisation for stakeholders
  
• Support governance, audit, and regulatory control requirements
  
• Work closely with stakeholders to improve client experience and reporting outcomes
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvement across identity data workflowsCollaborate with a small data team to deliver scalable reporting solutions
  
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting outputs

• Experience working with IAM and/or PAM data
  
• Advanced Power BI dashboard development skills
  
• Experience working with xcfaprz large datasets (100k+ records)
  
• Strong understanding of governance, controls, and audit requirements
  
• Experience improving or automating reporting processes
  
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  
• Strong data visualisation and reporting expertise
  

• 
  
• Python for data manipulation or automation
  
• SQL for querying and analysing data
  
• Financial services or regulated environment experience
  
• Experience working within identity governance programmes
  
• Exposure to automation initiatives
  
• Knowledge of access lifecycle data (JML, generic IDs, etc.)
  
• Experience working in small, collaborative data teams
